- On the top bar, click System Options > System Settings.
- In the System Settings dialog box, click Phone Numbers.
- In the Phone Numbers panel, highlight a phone number and click Remove.
The system displays a confirmation dialog box.
- Click OK.
The system removes the phone in the phone list.
